Schedule a docent-led or self-guided visit for your school group. All student groups are welcome for grades K-12 as well as college and university groups.
Note: 4 weeks advance notice is required for all tours. Your reservation is not finalized until you receive confirmation from the Learning and Engagement team. Please note: requests may take up to 7 business days to process.

Updated November 2021: Due to COVID-19, we are offering only virtual experiences. To accommodate the varying needs of our school partners we are offering flexible formats including "live" virtual or pre-recorded virtual talks. All experiences are free of charge. Virtual experiences can be arranged Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..
Docent led and self-guided tours for school groups are free of charge. Bus assistance is available for schools with demonstrated need.

If you and your students would like to view the galleries on your own after your school tour, this can only be done during business hours Friday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Taft Museum of Art routinely takes images and video for use in marketing materials and on the Taft's website and social media platforms. Please be advised that promotional images and video may be captured during your students' visit. Entrance to the Museum constitutes acceptance of this policy. The teacher is responsible for informing the Taft upon arrival if any students cannot be photographed.
